Poetry day

It is poetry day today in the Netherlands and Flanders (the Dutch speaking part of Belgium). The theme of this year's poetry day is "Night". Therefore, I decided to try and match my picture to this theme and provide you with a small poem.

"A cloudless night like this
Can set the spirit soaring:
After a tiring day
The clockwork spectacle is
Impressive in a slightly boring
Eighteenth-century way."
