Magnus

This is our newest tup, Magnus. He's a Gotland - an island off the coast of Sweden where his breed originated. His fleece is a beautiful silver-grey colour, quite long, tightly curled and very soft. We're hoping that he will improve the quality of the wool of the lambs he sires.

Currently, British wool has very little value, while Australian and New Zealand wool is transformed into high-value performance sportswear such as the icebreaker products. Which is shame as much of Britain's historical wealth was based on wool.
