Another portrait and B&W

Been in doors all day today! Managed to catch my son when he was in for a shot time. Unfortunately the picture was quite red... don't know what i did wrong but tried various settings to get rid of it and couldn't. Hence the B&W to help it look a bit better.

any advice welcome
