V&A

Janet is off skiing with the girls, Henry was with a friend doing whatever 13 year old boys do, so I decided on a day with Abbie, trying to assist her with her latest school project on Victorian fashion. So off to London we went with plans to visit the fashion galleries at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Had a horrendous journey up, due to railway works and replacement bus services, but finally made it, only to find out that the gallery in question is shut for renovation work. Well done Dad for doing your homework...!

Had a great day anyway, although may have made a small faux pas as I took her into Harrods for a look round as she is hooked! Have I now started the creation of a shopping monster, to be loved by credit card companies forever?

Anyway, didn't take many shots, but this is one of the many roofs at the V&A.
