Jean-Pierre and Us in Beijing Duck Restaurant

When my grand-uncle Jean-Pierre came to Beijing, we went to a restaurant to have Beijing's specialty: Beijing roast duck. This picture is of a chef that is cutting and preparing the duck for us. This is how you should prepare your duck before you eat it. First, take a Chinese pancake, then put a few raw vegetables, then the duck and lastly some prune sauce. Delicious!
