White-faced blackbird

Today was the Big Garden Birdwatch - a day when the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) ask us to watch birds in our garden for one hour, and log what we see for the records. It's a useful indicator of which garden birds are most prolific in different areas of the UK. I didn't see a vast number of birds, but I left it a little late in the day. Couple of robins, a dunnock, wood pigeon, jackdaw, and my favourite blackbird. He loves the worms.
