Marathon training

Training for Edinburgh marathon, may 22nd! It's my first so I know it's going to be hard work.

But what I have learned so far is, if you plan to go out an early morning run, it's so much easier for you, your wife and your young child if all your stuff is all together and ready to go.
So:-
Shoes, tights!, shorts, vest, tshirt. Hat, gloves, iPhone sport band, headphones, socks and breakfast - banana tomorrow.

Oh did I mention Vaseline!
