Shadow On The Snow

The sun finally broke through today! What a difference it made after a week of gray skies. I'm not so sure the temp. got above freezing but we still had some melt, thanks to the bright sun. I decided to get outside and I went for a walk on the golf course. Nothing like the wide open spaces of untouched snow. I had lots of photos to choose from but decided to pick this shot of the shadow and trees. I was pretty tired after trudging through the snow for and hour and a half but it sure felt good to be out in the sun. The weather man is threatening more snow this week. My girls sure hope he's right.
