shoulder given ok by surgeon so it's on to the muscle strengthening stuff

went to usual place of employment to hear exciting news from some and depressing news from others

not really sure what to make of it all

but the cbs were delightful and got tick vg from the dentist - after our thumbs down last time - naturally they were rewarded by a trip to the sweet shop for friday sweets.

spent a very chilly evening in a bus full of computers parked in a gritty part of glasgow, watching youth workers giving bored teenagers something to do and a bit of positive encouragement - but they are careful not to go OTT with the encouragement because most of the kids can't handle anything too positive because they're just not used to it. that's sad.
