If I could only show in a photograph how delicately thin and crispy the crust is on this whole wheat bread. Mmmm!

The city's newest bakery opened two weeks ago. Its husband and wife owners bake and sell handmade artisanal bread, and most days they sell out about two hours after opening, though one can come back later in the day to catch the second bake.
