Johanniter Vine in its infancy

This is a vine I planted last year. It is grafted on a phylloxera-resistant rootstock by one of the large german industrial nurseries.

Johanniter is a cross-breed of Riesling and Pinot Gris. It has just the right properties for these humid climes. We've tasted the wine last year and it was great!
