Treasured Possession #6

Today's treasured possession is the solution to yesterday's mystery object and is - as correctly guessed by LadyLaLa - a sugar shaker! ( I loved all the other guesses! )
No idea how old it is - I only know it has been in the family for many years, it would probably look much nicer cleaned but daren't attack it with a brillo pad! (been watching too many antique programmes!)
