Whats wrong with the world?

Some poor sod is going to get up this morning, grumpy about having to go to work, only to find out that some tube(s) have smashed his or her passengers window in what appears to have been a vain attempt to steal their radio.

You have to wonder how the culprits would feel getting up to find their Ned For Speed vehicle vandalised. Although to be fair they probably won't even be out of bed yet.

You just know that nothing will come of this other than someone losing their no claims bonus. Even if they Police did find out who it was, its highly unlikely they would actually bother to do anything about it.
