Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

Ushabti

The ancient Egyptians who were wealthy enough to be buried in a luxurious tomb decorated
with scenes of them plowing and working the land probably personally didn't do that kind of work. But to make sure that they wouldn't have to do it in the afterlife (thought to be just like this one in Egypt), they were buried with these Ushabti (or shabti) figures who would do the work for them. What a nice concept! So here is a 'souvenir" Ushabti - I hope it will clean the bathrooms! The problem is, they required one a day -so 365. Oh well, the bathrooms will be very clean for 1 day!
