Went for a wander with WSMBM today. First stop was The People's Palace a good wee museum about Glasgow life. Was funny to see Billy Connolly's famous 'big bananae feet' shoes and also a replica of the front of The Barrowlands Ballroom

Next we wandered over and I took a few shots of this amazing Moorish building - originally Templeton's Carpet Factory

Finally we took our life in our own hands and braved the Barras Market. Not that brave you say? Bearing in mind it was during an Old Firm Cup match I think we were very very brave!! The noise from the pubs when the Hoops equalised was something else and would have made a brilliant Blip but neither of us were quite THAT brave!
