Built in faith

Decided that I would take my blip when out at church and took a lot of photos but this was the one that spoke to me. This was the stone laid for the building of the 'new' halls at Newhills Church in Bucksburn. The congregation raised lot of the funds to build these halls hence the 'built in faith' tag line.

For us they hold a special memory as the last slate on the roof has the name of our eldest son inscribed on it as we donated money in his name to the funds. However we held up the finishing of the roof as he was two weeks late and he didn't have a name for the inscription. He was born on the 4th December so the last slate could then be inscribed and go onto the roof.
