The weather today was rainy that resulted to car accidents in the 2 major highways late in the afternoon just when offices called it a day... and you know what that means.......TRAFFIC.......usually this 5 floor-parking garage is empty by 5pm but as you can see there are still cars who doesn't want to brave the congested freeways/highways.. and some opted to stay warm
