Standing Stones, Avebury, Wiltshire

Probably one of the most spectacular neolithic sites in the world, and one that encompasses an entire village - it is only possible to photograph from the air to appreciate the scale of the stones' layout. Probably due to foul weather, this visit was tourist-free, but still not ideal for photography.
