Wish I was sailing to sunny places.

Today it was back to the Marina. How can it be a whole week since the last aqua mobility torture? It was really grey when we went in ( the gym, not the Marina ) but the sun came out as we were being worked to death - we can see this view from the pool in the gym. I am exhausted - but - there is a youth team cup game at the freezing stadium tonight - and I am going!! There's true devotion to the team.
