So far today he's not been sick, which is promising. He went for most of yesterday without being sick but failed at the being-put-to-bed stage, though at least his failure to remain on his back after he was put into his cot served a useful purpose when his emission of his sleep-milk entirely missed him and his clothing and most of the cot-sheets, instead hitting the back of the bathroom cabinet sitting against the wall next to the cot and dripping onto the carpet beneath. He hasn't eaten a great deal today but has been drinking sufficiently for it to not be a worry that he might be dehydrated. He's not back up to full speed but isn't listless and whilst he's been getting a bit waily when Nicky leaves the room (when it happens when he's watching) this could be normal mother-anxiety stuff and nothing particularly exacerbated by physical unpleasance. He's been emitting some fairly powerful stenches which appear to have been causing him some discomfort, resulting in unhappy wails every now and then for about half an hour before finally filling his nappies, though all to a lesser extend than yesterday. All the babies he met on Thursday when he was over the puking stage are now at the puking stage and the baby we think he caught it off is still shitting a bit funny so it could be at least another week of intestinal fun before he's back to normal. Bananas (pictured, though obscured) were one of the few things he seemed interested in today, though not in sufficient quantities for it to be likely to have any appreciable effect on his output tomorrow.
