Taking in the view

I've heard of Sitting Bull but this is more of a Crazy Horse!

Is she doing yoga, pretending to be a cat or just taking the weight off her hooves? No idea, but the mare seemed perfectly at ease in this pose. When I passed by again she was grazing normally so I don't think there is any cause for concern.

Beyond is a distant view of the small town of Goodwick on the other side of Fishguard Bay. Yellow gorse is flowering along the wall as it does right through the winter: "when gorse is not in bloom, kissing's out of fashion".
