Tiny Flowers

I bought a Nikon D3100 tonight. Very excited to get out and see what I can shoot. Unfortunately, by the time I got of town the store with it the night had fallen and I didn't get of an opprotunity to find a great first photo. Looking forward to the weekend!

These flowers are actually from the flip flops of my September wedding in Hawaii. I wanted to make something that was comfortable walking down the beach with and everything I found online cost $40 or more. So... I got a $2 pair of flip flops from Old Navy, a $3 package of flowers, and 2 spools of ribbon. Viola!
