Eyes are so precious

Blipfoto wouldn't exist if they weren't. I spent the morning in the Bristol Eye Hospital - problems sorted - and this statue was in the central courtyard (no name of the sculptor visible) looking up at a well tethered seagull in flight. Can I never get away from these air rats?!
