Breakfast is the New.....

I was lucky enough to be one of a few to be asked for breakfast at a friend's this morning.
It was a real full English. With Buck's Fizz thrown in.

It makes such sense, you are all hungry, and other than the Buck's Fizz don't wreck the rest of the day, as lunch does, or have to drive back in the dark, half asleep, or 'Not Drink' all evening and do the same.

We had two hours of good food, good chat, and still had a long day ahead. I think this could be the new thing to do. I will do one in a while. Much easier than a supper party!

This method of doing 'fried eggs' was rather clever. Baked in the oven. All ready at once, and no splattering. They were perfect.
