Coconut Ice Cream

K flagged down one of many ice cream vendors as she drove by the dorm. The ice cream tub is rigged to her motorcycle with an umbrella for shade and all her supplies along side. The greenish colored, coconut flavored ice cream with green jelly pieces mixed in, is served on a cone or in a cup. If you order it in a cup, sticky rice comes in the bottom, peanuts are sprinkled on top, and milk drizzled over all of it.

Yes, it sounds kind of strange, but as with most food here, it tastes delicious!
