Pioneer Peak

E (RedRiderGirl) and T met with their coach to build their glider for Science Olympiad at his house today. Their glider ended up weighing 1.27 grams (yep, grams) at the close of a very long building session. The glider has to weigh a minimum of 2 grams, so they've had to add some clay to meet the weight threshold. It's moveable, so they can place it so it balances perfectly. Their coach is trying a new wing design, it looks promising.

It's a very cold day and Pioneer Peak looked so formidable today.
