that Britain went decimal! I remember being terrified that my parents wouldn't understand the exchange rate and bankrupt us within the month! We survived!

We're under the cosh again getting ready to travel. One compensation will be that my birthday dinner tomorrow evening will be in Rio and maybe I'll be in flip-flops for the heat.
