Singing under bunting and a moose

Dear Heart,
It was Emma's birthday today. We ate sweet waffles and pizza and dipped Minstrels into some kind of lovely, sugary mixture and sang Glee songs way into the night. Everyone looked beautiful. We wore red stripes on our cheeks and made attempts at clichéd American clothing. It was perfect.
