focused...

do you wonder how much effort it takes for a duck to fly? they look so focused, yet effortless... graceful and purposeful... on a path to who knows where except for them...

i want to be focused - every day - with a purpose; but graceful and poised... knowing where i'm going and what i need to do...

some days are more successful than others... some days i just want to shop, others i just want to eat. most days i make it through... how focused am i? i don't know that i want to overthink that right now.... maybe i need a new bag first... off i go.
