Vitality

I have decided to cut cheese out of my diet. I am an addict and need an intervention. I have also decided to cut down on other dairy too, especially butter...lovely lovely butter. Vitalite - the dairy free alternative- seems ok so far. We will see how it fares on soldiers with my next boiled egg, the ultimate test.
