Sunderland Saturday!

Great day today at the wall and then round to Steve's house afterwards to help him with his kitchen refitting and then off to Argos and Tesco.

Did a couple of long routes which i don't normally do - managed to second the one on the blue panel here without resting on the rope at all...well chuffed!
