Shining through

Aunt Jannie called this morning to ask if the girls would like to go for a walk in the woods. Nienke, Inge and Ellis all wanted to go, so we all went together: me, Martine, Nienke, Inge, Ellis and Jannie and Raymond with their daughter Christel.

The weather looked great, but we soon discovered that both temperature and wind made it extremely cold out. We managed a one hour walk that ended at my in-laws. Before we got there, Nienke started crying because her feet were so cold. Ellis was in the buggy and nicely covered up and Inge kept running around and wasn't cold at all.

Edit: I changed the image! I noticed the moon shining through the trees in our back garden and I just couldn't resist... Sorry for those who commented. The original entry for today, showing Inge and her Aunt Jannie climbing a hill, can be found here.
