Woke today feeling really good about another ride out . . went looking for a cable which ended up as a full cupboard clear up and chuck out session.

had some lunch, and started to get the headache from hell, put feet up and watched a rubbish film then dozed.
slightly better decided to rip one of the bmx bikes down for a good clean and get it ready for a re-build new bearings etc . . had some tea and thought I'd blip the bits . . messed with the settings . . a lot . . to cover up a really boring pic
