Chole / Chana Masala: One of my favorite dishes. Mom prepares the best Chole I've ever had, She was so popular because of her Chole recipe that she was always asked to prepare it during family feast. Missing the taste of mom made Chole, Since India trip is finalized, won't have to wait for it for so long.
