Gym

We joined the gym today and both needed shoes to wear so we ventured out shopping.. Somehow we ended getting side tracked and looking at lots of girl's clothes but that happens.

I have never been to a gym before so a one year membership will be interesting. The only running I have done in the last 10 or so years has been when I am 'running' late.
