Progress

Since I last blipped G's leg, he has been moved to the little cottage hospital in our town, a step nearer home. Went to visit him today and he was sitting, dressed, in the Day Room and gave us a demonstration of how he can walk a few steps with his frame. Next Monday he's coming home for 'a Home Visit' just for about half an hour to see how he can cope. If all goes well he could be home permanently by the end of next week. I really hope he gets his wish, as 18 weeks is a long time to spend in hospital. Determination has carried him through.
