Nail Salon

This has to be the smallest building in Wilmington. I don't think it's more than 10 or 12 feet wide and not very deep. It's hard to read what is written on the window because of the reflection and I took it from across the street but it says: "City Club, at de Rosset, L' amour, Nail Salon. I'll have to find out from a local man I know what the building originally held.
