Nocturnal Cocktail

Bob's minor cold this week has turned in to a major ear ache. In fact, I have never seen him in so much pain. His tears just tear me apart. After our lousy experience with the nearest urgent care clinic during our last visit, the big question was whether to find another after hours clinic (since we are 3000 miles away from his beloved pediatrician) or try to tough it out for the night. Fortunately, a shower, serious nose blowing, Tylenol followed by Advil 6 hours later seemed to do the trick. Poor James, though. He is feeling sick, too. He slept with Bob to make sure he would be OK. Once the Advil kicked in and Bob could sleep, he spent the whole night kicking his father.
