i need a new p&s

i was taking the bus to my uncles house after work.
and i saw that the moon was perfect
i took out my camera, steadied the shot on top of a garbage can. it kinda stunk.
and this was the result. blah
my camera has succumbed to a malfunction that plagues a few sony brands.
the lens mechanism is broken and tries to catch causing the lens to vibrate.
i can make it go away sometimes by shaking the camera, but over time it has degraded the quality of the photos, especially the ones without flash.
eventually ill replace it.
posting this as a reminder to myself.
