My love of photography began while I was doing my Art G.C.S.E. and lead me on to do it for A level. It is the cleanness of the medium; black and white film in particular on a black background, perfection.

I find that Photography keeps me attached to the world. When work or life is too hectic I retreat to my camera and it opens my eyes once more.

I work with a Nikon D80 which I have had and prized since my 18th birthday. It has accompanied me to the other side of the world and to the bottom of the garden.
I only have one lense (Sigma 18-125mm) but even with just that some breathtaking scenes have fall into my lap.

Photography stopped being a hobby a while ago.
I realised that it had, in fact, simply become part of me.
