Mum very sadly and suddenly passed away on Sunday evening June 7th 2015.

I will be leaving her journal here on blip and wish to thank all her "friends" both real and virtual for their visits, comments, stars and hearts in this journal ...... Mum loved this place.



I am a retired antique shop owner living in a small village in Lincolnshire.
Not too proficient with my laptop but learning.
Love to travel - especially with my daughter to the USA
Blips will be few and far between but I will be starting with "backblips".

I feel it is about time I added to my "About" entry.   My proficiency with  my laptop has improved tremendously though still far from anywhere near perfect  (I still consult my "fount of knowledge  -  my Daughter  -  Anni  - aka Biker Bear, when I get in a mess!).
As someone pointed out today, my "few and far" Blips statement is no longer correct as I have just completed my first 100th without a break, which is great.
Have enjoyed every minute.
I feel I have made new friends and learned to view ordinary everyday things with a new eyes.

So   -  I say  - Long Live Blipfoto.
