My new years resolution for 2014 was to do a photo a day for a year. However, having spent December 2013 exploring South America, when we returned in January I decided that back blipping my adventures would be the perfect way share and remember them. And so, my year of blipping technically begins on December 1st, 2013.

I have always loved photographs. I love their ability to capture moments that would otherwise go forgotten, and find beauty in the ordinary.

I fully consider 2013 to be the end of a era for me, in that I finally finished my tertiary studies, I quit my part time jobs that have been with me through my years of education, and I acquired two gorgeous little nieces that will now forever be part of my life.

2014 is kind of a blank slate for me, and I can't wait to document the ways in which I decorate it, one day at a time.
