Joined blipfoto on 24th April 2012. I am fully retired with 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I was born in Bournemouth in 1947. I served with the Royal Military Police and Thames Valley Police before retiring and ending up here. My wife and I like visiting the Reading area where I served but would not move back. My hobbies are photography (Vice President Nairn Camera Club), steam trains or static engines, history, especially WWI and gardening.
