I'm old enough to know better (in other words - I'm retired). In 2012, years of chronic illness and the Hep C virus finally caught up to me and I had a liver transplant. In and out of the hospital I discovered Blip and it became an important part of my recovery, kept me from staying stuck in the house and feeling sorry for myself. I have a lot to be thankful for - God's blessing, friends, family, my return to health, and Blip.

My photographic style nowadays tends to lean toward contemplative, simple images that use color and detail to bridge the gap between what I find in my viewfinder and the story I want to tell. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but at least the adventure continues.
