I have done a lot during my 32 years on this planet. I have worked as a geneal contractor, a manual laborer (laying sod), a flight mechanic and avionics tech on helicopters in the Coast Guard, a photojournalist at both daily (80,000+ circulation) newspapers and online outlets, and a student (undergrad biology degree from the University of Kentucky and currently in pharmacy school at MUSC). Of all the things I have done, nothing has given me the sense of inner peace and joy that having a camera in my hands has. I love everything about it from the tech and gear to the people and moments I have documented. I enjoy reading and talking about all things photography related.
