Wonder what World Book Day will mean when the ConDems manage to decimate the public library system. The Victorians realised how important this was in the education and liberation of the poor and poorly educated, books liberate, learning to read and having access to books is one of the most important things we can give our children. Reducing that access is a folly, it would appear that these fools have little appreciation of that. Cost of everything and value of nothing.
