Dull

I spent the best part of today in a stuffy room.

I like being outside. I like seeing the sky when I'm inside. I like having bare feet. I like breathing fresh air.

An 'interesting at times' seminar but I longed for some freedom and fresh air afterwards.

A dull and grey day that turned out nice about 10 minutes after this shot was taken.

Sand between my toes for five minutes to snap a few shots and then home to my boys.

First 15 minute run in ages today. Fitness, here I come. A long road but I'll get there.
