Diet coke chicken.

My coursemate (and fellow diet coke addict) Abby came round today and we made this delicious lunch! Tastes like BBQ chicken but without being too sticky. I did however knock the pan and get boiling sauce ALL over me in the process. Luckily I was wearing baggy clothes so it mostly missed my skin but I did burn quite a large area on my hand! Made such a mess.

I was going to put a photo up from my night out but this seemed a much better example of how I spent my day! Very good night out though :)
