Another day of bending and stretching along with a bit of unavoidable bookwork; but all in all an excellent weekend filled with fresh air, exercise, and plenty of good food all taking place in surroundings of breathtaking beauty. Mmm.

I am very fond of this Scots pine; it leans over the entrance to the Firbush outdoor centre in a most elegant fashion.
