Redneck Cat Toys #2

Flu day for me, no going out and about to chase blips, but with a Contraptioneer around, even a sick day isn't dull. I don't honestly know what this thing is supposed to be, but there are 3 'sails' that inspire it to move when there is a breeze. It is weighted so that it stays fairly well balanced. When the kitties who reside in the yard of our home (not the Cottage) are little, they frolic and play and chase the little sails around in circles and it's very entertaining.
